Back on the internet
Apologies for the lack of blogs lately. We have been without the internet for quite a few days. Michael and son Timothy (top with Jake, Eddie & Sigrid) had a great day on Sunday gliding with Eddie in the Blanik. Today we farewelled Sigrid who is heading back to China tomorrow. Sigrid has really enjoyed her stay in Tocumwal - walking, swimming, bicycling as well as gliding!! Sigrid had a good local flight today with cloud base of 8,400 feet and light, variable winds. Bob also enjoyed soaring this afternoon. Welcome to Peter (middle with Eddie) who is both gliding and honing his skills in the EuroFox. Bill (bottom with Peter, Eddie & Sigrid) spent some time in study mode completing an exam.

Perfect Autumn weather
Former glider pilot Karl (top) was thrilled with his flight in the Blanik. Karl was visiting daughter Jenny in Yarrawonga and wanted to do something special for his 90th birthday. Terrific to see John from Shepparton getting back into gliding again also. Lovely to chat with Bracey and Marg who called in for afternoon tea.
